Since September 2014, Shannon (Shea) LeWallen has been teaching Shimmy Shape Up! at the Downtown Women’s Center. Renamed from “RAQSHIMMY,” Shimmy Shape Up! is a full-body workout created by Shea that combines belly dance, yoga, plyometrics, and music.
