DWC is Expanding With Over 250 Additional Housing Units Across Los Angeles by 2027!

NoHo 5050 (North Hollywood)

NoHo 5050 is a 40-unit residential development composed of eight two-bedroom units, 28 one-bedroom units, and four studio units for individuals and families, including trauma survivors. The five-story development will offer a number of amenities such as a learning center, a community room, a laundry room, bicycle storage, and landscaped open space. DWC will provide case management and supportive services.

DWC is partnering with Daylight Community Development, DECRO Corporation, FSY Architects, and Trillium Property Management.

Oatsie’s Place (Van Nuys)

Oatsie’s Place is a new 45-unit residential development composed of 25 one-bedroom units and 20 studio units for individuals and families, including trauma survivors. Oatsie’s Place will offer a number of amenities such as a learning center, a community room, a laundry room, and landscaped open space. DWC will provide case management and supportive services.

DWC is partnering with Daylight Community Development, DECRO Corporation, StudioEleven, and Trillium Property Management.

Rosa’s Place (Skid Row Community)

Rosa’s Place is a 97-unit supportive housing campus expansion adjacent to DWC’s existing residence at 5th and San Pedro Street. This expansion will increase the number of DWC–operated units in downtown Los Angeles from 119 to 216, leveraging our existing housing, wellness, and employment programs to provide even more wraparound supportive services for women experiencing homelessness.

DWC is partnering with Daylight Community Development, GTM Holdings, Gensler, KFA Architecture, and Barker Management Inc.
